- Flights to India are suspended until 31 December 2020.
– This does not apply to relief, repatriation and humanitarian flights.
- Passengers are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to:
– nationals of India;
– residents of India;
– nationals of Nepal and Bhutan;
– spouses of nationals of India. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the Indian national’s passport;
– passengers with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or booklet;
– students if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– minors if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– spouses of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the OCI card;
– single parents of a minor who is national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card;
– passengers with a visa (excluding medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020, and tourist visas) issued by India;
– passengers returning from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives or Nepal via India to their country of residence.
- Until 31 December 2020, passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
- Passengers are not allowed to transit through Delhi (DEL) or Mumbai (BOM).
- E-visas and tourist Visas are no longer valid.
- Medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020 are no longer valid.
- Passengers arriving in India:
– are subject to medical screening; and
– must present a completed Self-reporting form obtained atwww.newdelhiairport.in/covid19
- Passengers without a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure could be subject to an RT-PCR test and quarantine for 14 days.
