BLS International, a leading provider of visa and consular services, has secured the prestigious global contract for visa application outsourcing from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation (MAEUEC) of Spain for the second consecutive time.
This announcement comes as a testament to BLS International’s track record of excellence and its long-standing partnership with the Spanish government.
Expanding Reach and Services
Under the newly awarded contract, BLS International will be responsible for visa application services across multiple regions, including Europe, the Americas, Latin America, the CIS, Africa, the Middle East, and APAC.
Building on their collaboration with the Spanish government since 2016, BLS International currently operates 122 visa application centres (VACs) in 40 countries worldwide.
Notably, Spain has entrusted BLS International with the outsourcing of national visas for the first time. This decision is expected to result in increased volumes and the establishment of offices in new geographies, further bolstering BLS International’s global presence.
Enhanced Services Offered
As part of the contract, BLS International will offer various value-added services (VAS) to visa applicants. These services include SMS updates, courier services, mobile biometrics, and premium lounge access, among others. The company’s commitment to providing exceptional services has positioned it as a key player in the visa application process.
Presently, BLS International handles approximately 2 million Spanish visa applications annually, a number that is projected to rise significantly in the future.
