  1. Flights to India are suspended until 31 December 2020.

– This does not apply to relief, repatriation and humanitarian flights.

  1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

This does not apply to:

– nationals of India;

– residents of India;

– nationals of Nepal and Bhutan;

– spouses of nationals of India. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the Indian national’s passport;

– passengers with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or booklet;

– students if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;

– minors if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;

– spouses of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the OCI card;

– single parents of a minor who is national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;

– passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card;

– passengers with a visa (excluding medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020, and tourist visas) issued by India;

– passengers returning from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives or Nepal via India to their country of residence.

  1. Until 31 December 2020, passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
  2. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Delhi (DEL) or Mumbai (BOM).
  3. E-visas and tourist Visas are no longer valid.
  4. Medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020 are no longer valid.
  5. Passengers arriving in India:

– are subject to medical screening; and

– must present a completed Self-reporting form obtained atwww.newdelhiairport.in/covid19

  1. Passengers without a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure could be subject to an RT-PCR test and quarantine for 14 days.
